These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.allezbrandworks.com and the Android applications developed and published by Allez Brandworks Pvt. Ltd. (“Allez Brandworks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including apps in categories such as social media, finance, and others (collectively, the “Services” or “Apps”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Allez Brandworks provides digital branding, marketing, website/app development services via its website, and develops/publishes multiple Android applications for different target audiences. Features may include user accounts, content, verification via SMS/OTP, and other functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Our Apps and Services may use SMS messaging (powered by providers such as Twilio) for purposes including:

• One-time passwords (OTPs) and account verification
• Transactional notifications related to the App

Program details:

• By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Allez Brandworks / the relevant App.
• Message frequency varies (typically one-time or as needed for verification/service purposes).
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us at allezbrandworks@gmail.com .
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code or content that violates others’ rights
